Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administration Engineer and Telecommunications Engineer at EFG Companies since January 2016, George has successfully migrated systems to Genesys Cloud and designed call flows in Architect. Prior experience includes roles at Savers, Mayo Clinic, and Northern Metal Recycling, where George managed upgrades, implemented security protocols, and provided regional support for multiple sites. With a strong background in Active Directory, server management, and technical workflow optimization, George has consistently demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and user support throughout a diverse career, beginning with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Network Engineering from Saint Paul College.
