Miriam Achaia

Miriam Achaia is currently serving as the Information Governance and Awareness Manager at EFG Holding since March 2023. In this role, Miriam is responsible for developing and implementing policies that optimize IT resource utilization while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to IT and information security. Prior to this, Miriam accumulated extensive experience at Orange Business from August 2008 to March 2023, holding various positions including Device Activation Manager, Project Manager, ESC Audit and Certifications Manager, and IT Audit Coordinator, among others. Miriam holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Helwan University in Cairo, completed in June 2008, and attended Notre Dame Des Apotres in Zeitoun from September 1991 to June 2004.
