Ramy Elessawy

Ramy Elessawy is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Institutional Sales at EFG HERMES KSA since April 2024. Previously, Ramy held multiple roles at EFG Hermes from October 2005, including Managing Director, Director, Co-Head of MENA Institutional Sales, and Vice President, primarily focusing on institutional clients across the GCC and MENA regions in cash equity markets. Through daily collaboration with sector-specialized research analysts and economists, Ramy provides clients with timely investment advice and financial information. Ramy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a specialization in Political Economy from the American University in Cairo, obtained in 2003.
