Chris W. Korinek, P.E., CFEI, CQE, serves as a Senior Forensic Electrical and Mechanical Engineer at EFI Global since August 2021, specializing as an expert witness and researcher with extensive experience in forensic failure analysis and product testing. Previously, Chris operated Synergy Forensic Engineering LLC from September 1994 to August 2021, completing over 1,000 engineering consulting assignments focused on identifying causes of electrical failures, fires, and water damage. Prior roles include positions at Enerpac Tool Group, Johnson Controls, Kohler Co., and Pentair, where Chris held various engineering and management roles, contributing to product design and quality control in both electrical and mechanical disciplines. Chris holds bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
