Jukka Aaltonen

Jukka Aaltonen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Starting their career as the owner and entrepreneur at HA-Tuote Oy, a family-owned business, they later merged it with HA-Vartiointi Oy, where they held the role of director. Jukka then worked in various roles at HA-Vartiointi Oy, including general management, project management, and financial planning.

Jukka also gained experience as a bank official at Sampo Bank, a system specialist at Engel Security Oy, and operations manager at Dye Precision, Inc. During their time at Logus Oy, they served as an entrepreneur in the real estate industry.

In 2007, Jukka joined Floobs as a scrum master and software developer before moving on to Eficode in 2009. At Eficode, Jukka held several roles, including director of software development, COO, head of security, head of IT, and currently serves as the head of managed services. In their current position, they are responsible for providing customers with managed DevOps services, tooling, and support.

Throughout their career, Jukka has demonstrated a strong ability to successfully lead and manage teams in various projects, particularly in the telecom and financial sectors. Jukka has been involved in international projects, both in terms of delivery and management. Jukka possesses extensive experience in the field of software and IT project management, as well as security and quality system management.

Jukka Aaltonen completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in 2008. Prior to this, they also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Helia in 2004. Later on, Jukka pursued further education and received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in 2015.
