Bret Bagley has extensive experience in implementation and technical support, currently serving as Implementation Manager at eFileCabinet since February 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing implementation processes and providing technical support. Prior to this role, Bret held positions as Implementation Technician at eFileCabinet, contributing to the effective deployment of software solutions. From 1996 to 2012, Bret worked at Young Living Essential Oils as a Help Desk technician, where skills in customer support and technical troubleshooting were developed.
