Juulia Lampinen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and key account management. Currently serving as a Service Manager at Efima Oy since October 2019, Juulia previously held the position of Key Account Manager at S.Y.B. Finland Oy from November 2006 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing customer contracts and sales administration. Prior roles include Process Coordinator at IBM, where involvement in an SAP project was pivotal, and Assistant at Logisware Ltd, providing logistical support to the Application Services group. Juulia began their career as a Floor Assistant at Metsä Group, focusing on office management and customer service. Educational background includes a degree in Data Administration from Finnish Business College, an Upholstery Degree from Stadin ammattiopisto, and completion of the Finnish Matriculation Examination at Elias-koulu.
