Marianne Markkola

Marianne Markkola has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marianne most recently worked at Efima Oyj as a Customer and Service Director, starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they were a Service Manager at Efima Oyj from April 2022 to July 2023. From 2019 to 2022, Marianne worked at Digia Plc, where they held various roles including Service Manager / Bid Manager and Solution Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations. Before that, Marianne worked as an Application Consultant at Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy from May 2011 to July 2019. Marianne also had an entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Äänetön kolahdus from October 2007 to December 2011. Earlier in their career, Marianne worked as a Financial Controller at LIFE-Yhtiöt from September 2006 to April 2007, and as an Accountant at Accountor Suomi from 2001 to September 2006.

Marianne Markkola completed their education at the Tampere University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a degree in Prepress/Desktop Publishing and Digital Imaging Design, specializing in Julkaisutoiminnan erikoistumisopinnot. Marianne attended this institution until the year 2000.

Prior to their studies at Tampere University, Marianne Markkola pursued a degree at HAMK liiketalous. Marianne obtained a Yo-merkonomi degree with a focus on tapahtumamarkkinointi in 1998.

In addition to their academic achievements, Marianne Markkola has obtained several certifications. Marianne is a Microsoft Certified professional, holding certifications in Power Platform Fundamentals and Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP). Marianne acquired these certifications in September 2022 and August 2022, respectively. Furthermore, they have also earned the ITIL 4 Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in January 2021.
