Simon Kafati

Simon Kafati has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Loan Fulfillment at FirstBank since July 2015, with previous roles as Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Banking Officer. Prior to that, Simon worked at Abengoa as a Buyer, gaining expertise in Account Resolution, Contract Negotiation, Credit Sourcing, and the SAP ERP Warehousing System, while specializing in areas such as Turbine Maintenance and Water Treatment Equipment. Simon is pursuing a postgraduate degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison (August 2022 - August 2024) and holds an Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado Denver (2011 - 2015).
