Karthik Rangarajan

Karthik Rangarajan is the Senior Vice President of Product & Strategy at EFJohnson Technologies. Karthik has over fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

Karthik started their career at Cisco Systems in July 2005 as a Senior Product Manager in the Broadband Wireless Unit. Karthik was responsible for managing the business unit goals and achieving revenue and margin targets. Karthik also drove the strategy for global sourcing and led strategic partnerships with OEM/ODM suppliers. In January 2010, they transitioned to their current role at EFJohnson Technologies.

At EFJohnson Technologies, Karthik is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for the company. Karthik also leads the product management team and is responsible for all aspects of product development, including market research, competitive analysis, business case development, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Under their leadership, EFJohnson Technologies has become a market leader in public safety communications solutions.

Karthik Rangarajan's educational career began with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Karthik then completed a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Finally, they earned their MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business.

Karthik Rangarajan reports to Duane Anderson, President & CEO. They work with and Timi Jackson - SVP & General Counsel.
