Legal Team

The Legal Team at EFCON India is responsible for managing and overseeing all legal and regulatory aspects related to the company’s Intelligent Traffic Management Systems, Smart Cities, and Smart Highways projects. This includes contract drafting and review, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, handling litigation, and providing strategic legal advice to safeguard the company's interests. Team members consist of a Manager-legal & Secretarial, a Legal Executive, and the Head- Legal & Secretarial.
