Gillian Helliwell is currently serving as the National Operations Manager - Employability at EFL Trust. They have held various educational leadership roles, including Head of Humanities at Mount Carmel High School and Head of Department at St Antony's Catholic College, where they contributed to curriculum development and teaching from 2006 to 2015. They started their career as an Executive Officer at the Department for Work and Pensions from 2002 to 2005.
