Mahdhi Murshid

Mahdhi Murshid has over 18 years of experience in the ocean freight industry, currently serving as General Manager for Ocean Imports & CFS at EFL since January 2005. In this role, Mahdhi oversees key ocean accounts, import customs bonding, and clearance operations. Previous positions held at EFL include Deputy General Manager, Head of Ocean Imports & Project Logistics, Head of Ocean Exports - Business Analysis, Senior Manager, Manager of Ocean Services, and Manager of CFS, showcasing a progressive career in account management, process implementation, and logistics coordination. Mahdhi began a career in shipping as a Shipping Assistant at Associated Traders Rubber Exporters (Pvt) Limited. Educational qualifications include Advanced Level in Mathematics from D. S. Senanayake College, along with specialized studies at the Bandaranayake Center for International Studies and training from AITT in Sri Lanka.
