Jharold Brylle Baruela

Jharold Brylle Baruela has extensive experience in technical issue resolution and leadership roles. Starting as a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative, Jharold progressed to becoming a Tier 2 Technical Service Representative. Eventually, Jharold assumed the role of Customer Support Team Leader at eFlexervices, Inc. Responsibilities included improving team performance, productivity, and aligning progress with the project's long-term vision. Additionally, during on-the-job training at PhilHealth Regional Office CAR, Jharold developed an in-house program and conducted advanced research in PHP Web Page development. Jharold holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of the Cordilleras.
