Ting Liu

Ting Liu is an experienced professional in the field of materials science and engineering, currently serving as R&D Director at eFlion Power Inc since February 2024. Prior to this role, Liu held various positions at Cabot Corporation from September 2021 to February 2024, including Senior Scientist and Associate R&D Manager. Liu also worked at Ionic Materials, Inc. from June 2014 to June 2021, leading projects on polymer-enabled next-generation rechargeable batteries as a Member of Technical Staff and previously as a Junior Member of Technical Staff. Early career experience includes a postdoctoral researcher position at the University of Rhode Island from April 2012 to April 2014, focusing on lithium-ion battery capacity fade and surface analysis of cycled electrodes. Liu earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Clark University in 2012 and a B.S. in Materials Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2006.
