Richard Straub has extensive experience in various leadership positions. Richard served as the President of the Global Peter Drucker Forum and the Founding President of the Global Peter Drucker Forum. Richard was also the President of the Peter Drucker Society Europe, where they advanced effective management and ethical leadership. Additionally, they worked as the Secretary General of the European Learning Industry Group and as the Director of Corporate Services and EU Affairs at EFMD, focusing on Corporate Learning Peer Networks. Richard Straub was a Senior Advisor at IBM, where they served as a Senior Advisor to the Chairman of IBM Europe, Middle-East, and Africa, and as a Senior Advisor in the Global Education Industry. Richard also chaired the Open Innovation Policy and Strategy Group.
Richard Straub attended the Neulandschule from 1952 to 1956 for their primary education. Richard then attended the Realgymnasium Wien 19 from 1957 to 1964, where they obtained their Baccalaureat degree. From 1965 to 1969, Richard studied at the University of Vienna and earned a Dr. Juris degree in Law.
