Rob Alvarez Bucholska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in gamification, education, and business management. As the Founder and Host of Professor Game since November 2017, Rob interviews experts in gamification to share insights and enhance learning experiences. Currently serving as a Gamification Facilitator at EFMD Global and an Adjunct Professor at multiple prestigious institutions including IE University and EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, Rob specializes in creating immersive learning environments. Previous roles include B2B Product Manager at Ironhack and Associate Director at IE Business School, where responsibilities encompassed the development of online learning content and management of B2B relationships. Rob holds an MBA from IESA, has completed a UX/UI Design Bootcamp, and possesses a cum laude degree in Software Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
