Peter J. McLaughlin

Peter J. McLaughlin is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across major companies. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Efofex Inc since February 2025, McLaughlin previously held positions including Vice President and General Manager at Hello Bello, and Senior Vice President Operations at Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows. Noteworthy achievements include directing operations at Oatly, where McLaughlin was responsible for manufacturing in the Americas; leading operations and supply chain at Reliance Vitamin; and managing US operations at Sun Gro Horticulture. McLaughlin's career also includes key roles at Blue Buffalo Co, Frutarom, and Camfil Farr, with a strong focus on operational excellence, supply chain management, and lean transformation. McLaughlin holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BE in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
