Michalis Konstantoulakis

Michalis (Mike) Konstantoulakis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michalis (Mike) is currently working at efood as the Director of Business Intelligence & Insights since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Business Intelligence & Insights at the company from November 2021 to February 2023.

Michalis started their career with the Hellenic Army as a Signaller in the Confidential Information Office from November 2010 to August 2011. Michalis (Mike) also had a role at the Municipal Theatre of Heraklion as an Assistant in the operations/financial management in 2010.

Mike Konstantoulakis completed a Master's degree in Management Science - Operational Research from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2011-2012. In addition to their formal education, Mike also completed several certifications including Advanced SQL Querying, Programming and Tuning SQL Server from SolidQ, Azure Data Fundamentals from Microsoft, SPSS Modeler from PREDICTA S.A., and Tableau from SAROSIS.
