Niki Psoma

Niki Psoma is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at efood since March 2023, focusing on digital transformation and employee record management. Prior to this role, Niki worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the Benaki Phytopathological Institute, where responsibilities included onboarding document preparation and record maintenance in multiple governmental databases. Niki’s career also includes positions as an Executive Assistant at Psichogios Publications and an Administrative Assistant at SofMedica Life-saving Innovation, where support in HR and administrative functions was provided. Earlier experience includes internships at EYDAP and the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, following a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Piraeus, obtained in 2016.
