David Tremain

David Tremain, PMP, is a PMP-certified Program Manager with extensive experience in project management and operational efficiency, currently serving as the Senior Bid & Project Controls Manager at EFOR. They previously held key roles, including Associate Director of PMO at CAI, where they led multimillion-dollar projects in the pharmaceutical and data center industries, and Document Control Supervisor at Saft, where they implemented systems that significantly reduced documentation errors. Tremain began their career as a Nuclear Engineer in the US Navy, overseeing the safe operation of complex equipment and training personnel. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Education at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, while also being educated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
