Zilan Polat is a student at Erasmus University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics. Currently, Zilan serves as a Restaurant Crew Member at Sushito, where they provide customer service and collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency. As the Chairman and Founder of WindGriff, Zilan leads initiatives focused on youth empowerment and education.
