Tabitha Frazer

Tabitha Frazer is a Certified Clinical EFT Tapping Practitioner at EFT Universe, focusing on science-based techniques for stress reduction and trauma release since December 2022. As a Reading Interventionist for District 11 Schools since August 2016, Tabitha enhances literacy skills among students. Additionally, Tabitha guides clients in safe hiking practices through HIKE FOR YOUR LIFE, LLC, while integrating yoga into hiking adventures. With experience as an Amateur Food Exploration Specialist at Tabitha’s Table and a former Team Lead at Local Relic Brewery, Tabitha managed inventory and staff while providing historical insights about craft beer. Previously, Tabitha served as a Yoga Instructor at both SCP Hotel Colorado Springs and Results Fitness Rx, promoting fitness through yoga. Tabitha's educational background includes a Master of Education from Regis University and yoga certifications from YogFit, alongside ongoing training at EFT Universe.
