Leonce Malamsha

Leonce joined EFTA LTD in 2014 as Senior Investment Officer and he grew to Branch Manager, Special Loans & Partnership Manager and currently the Head of Operations. Before that he worked with Standard Chartered Bank in Branch Operations for two years and later as Branch Manager and Regional Operations Manager at Barclays Bank Tanzania for nine years.

Leonce holds Master of Business Administration from Eastern & Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) and an Advance Diploma in Certified Accountancy from Mzumbe University.
