The Operations and Management team at EFTA ensures the efficient and effective delivery of equipment loans to small and medium enterprises and farmers. They oversee loan processing, manage risk and compliance through internal audits, develop and implement HR and legal policies, assess creditworthiness, and strategize business growth to drive sustainable development in Tanzania.
