Joe Evans

Joe Evans currently serves as Vice President of Operations at EFTEC North America LLC, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Joe held various managerial positions, including General Manager at Epiroc from April 2023 to July 2025, and Plant Operations Manager at Dana Incorporated from April 2022 to April 2023. Joe's experience also includes serving as Plant Manager at Thetford Corporation, overseeing the Ann Arbor and Dexter facilities from September 2018 to April 2022, and a tenure at BASF where roles included Plant Manager and Optimization Engineer for Thermoplastic Polyurethanes. Joe began a career at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, advancing from Industrial Engineer to Value Stream Manager. Joe holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University.
