S. Salman Rashid

S. Salman Rashid is the current Deputy Managing Director at EFU General Insurance Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as a Social Media Manager and Sales Manager at SCAFA - Lahore from August 2017 to November 2018. In this role, they oversaw day-to-day management of campaigns and ensured brand consistency. S. also generated repeat business through exceptional customer service and responded to customer concerns with friendly and knowledgeable service.

Rashid has a long history of working in customer service and sales. S. has experience in managing social media content, data sorting, manipulation and uploading, claim and dispute resolution, and monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research. S. is skilled in developing concepts that have viral potential and in establishing operation strategy in a team for improving sales. Rashid is also experienced in preparing reports for senior management to aid in business decision-making and planning.

S. Salman Rashid attended the School of Culinary and Finishing Arts where they obtained a Level 1, 2 and 3 diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. S. then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA at the University Of Central Punjab, specializing in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. After completing their undergraduate degree, they enrolled in the Advanced Levels program at Resource Academia, taking courses in Economics, Business Studies and Law. Finally, they completed their Ordinary Levels at Resource Academia, studying Economics, Business and Computer Studies.
