Syed Sohaib Shams

Syed Sohaib Shams is currently the Head of Technology at EFU Life Assurance Ltd., a position held since November 2022. Syed Sohaib has significant academic involvement as a Visiting Faculty Member at the Institute of Business Administration since September 2016. Syed served as Chief Information Officer at DOW University of Health Sciences from May 2018 to November 2022 and as a Consultant for HMIS at Punjab Information Technology Board from May 2015 to May 2018. Prior experience includes being the Head of Health Informatics at The Indus Hospital and holding IT leadership roles at DOW University of Health Sciences. Syed holds a Master's degree in Mobile Computing & Communication from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor's degree in Software Development from Hamdard University.
