Sneha Shijil has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Sneha started their career as an HR/Admin Executive at Jaliyan Enterprise, where they were responsible for maintaining client relations, organizing meetings and appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Sneha then worked as a Talent Engagement Specialist at ClikSource, where they communicated with employees and sourced potential candidates, conducted pre-screening calls, and maintained client relations. Sneha later joined Aspiration as a Recruitment Manager, where they handled associate activities, payroll, client management, and mediated between employees and managers.
