Chelsea Gumucio

Chelsea Gumucio has extensive experience in social work, primarily in healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Cancer Center Social Worker at Cleveland Clinic since January 2013, Chelsea has also worked as a Liaison Social Worker for eFuneral since October 2012, connecting healthcare professionals with valuable end-of-life planning resources. Prior experience includes serving as an Alternative Home Care Social Worker at Hospice of the Western Reserve, focusing on psychosocial assessments and care coordination for terminally ill patients, and as a Behavioral Health Graduate Social Work Intern at Lutheran Hospital, where assessments and treatment plans were developed for various patient populations.
