Kanchana Perera

Kanchana Perera has significant experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager at EFutures Private Limited since April 2018, following a role as Senior Executive in the same department. Prior to EFutures, Kanchana worked as an Admin Executive at BASF Lanka (Pvt) Ltd from September 2015 to September 2017 and held the position of Secretary at the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Central Province from April 2012 to June 2015. Kanchana holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Asia e University, completed in 2021, and a certificate in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), obtained in 2018. Educational background includes attendance at Mahamaya Girl's College, from 1997 to 2010.
