David Allen

David Allen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract negotiation. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at EG America since January 2022, David previously held the position of Sr. Contract Negotiator at Raytheon Technologies from April 2021 to January 2022. David's career also includes a significant tenure at American Tower, where roles varied from Attorney in Zoning to Credit/Collections and Marketing, as well as Contract Specialist, from September 2012 to April 2021. David holds a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity College-Hartford (2005-2009).
