Damian Siwek

Damian Siwek's work experience includes roles such as Dynamics 365 FO Team Leader, Scrum Master, and Lead Developer at EG A/S and Dynaway. Damian was responsible for leading teams, developing new modules and extensions, designing products, writing technical and business documentation, preparing and running tests, setting up CI/CD pipelines, performing code reviews, debugging, and fixing bugs. Damian also managed the Scrum process, mentored team members, identified risks, shared knowledge, investigated software problems, and supported presales activities. Prior to these roles, Damian worked as a Dynamics 365 FO Senior Consultant/Developer at Netcompany and as a Dynamics AX/365 FO Developer at AMC Consult A/S. Damian developed modules and extensions, provided support to end users, created unit tests, conducted testing, supported customers, redesigned modules, and prepared solutions for release. Damian also worked as a Dynamics AX Software Engineer and Dynamics AX Implementation Specialist at Sii Poland, where they transitioned to Agile/Scrum methodologies, developed customizations, worked on integrations, fixed bugs, addressed business needs, and presented products to stakeholders.

Damian Siwek received their Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie in 2013. Damian then pursued a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2013 to 2015. Damian furthered their education at the University of Warsaw, where they obtained a Master of Science in Management from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they pursued postgraduate studies in Modern Technologies Law at Kozminski University. Damian has also obtained numerous certifications from Microsoft, including Dynamics 365 certifications and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Business Applications. Additionally, they hold certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice and Scrum.org.
