Frederik Boenæs

Frederik Boenæs has extensive work experience in finance and senior management roles. Frederik currently holds the position of Vice President, Finance Business Partnering at EG A/S since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Nets | Denmark as the Financial Director, Technology from August 2015 to December 2019, where they had full commercial responsibility and was part of the senior management team. Before that, they worked at Siemens in various roles, including Sales & Project Controlling Manager and Commercial Head of Project Management & Engineering. Frederik also worked at MACH as the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance as a Manager. Overall, Frederik has experience in financial management, project management, commercial support, IPOs, M&A activities, and financial analysis.

Frederik Boenæs attended the University of Copenhagen from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a Cand. Polit degree. Frederik also studied corporate finance at Durham University from 1999 to 2000 and earned an M.sc degree.
