Kristin Berg

Kristin Berg is a highly experienced executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Facility & Energy Management at EG A/S, following the integration of Mestro AB into the company in May 2024. In this role, Kristin oversees a portfolio comprising 12 SaaS products generating 350 million in revenue, along with a team of approximately 200 employees across six countries. In addition, Kristin holds board membership with Pepp, a mentorship program for high school girls, and serves as CEO and CCO of Mestro, focusing on energy reduction software. Previous roles include CEO at Teknikkvinnor, CEO at FAST2 Affärssystem AB, and various leadership positions at Lexmark International, West International AB, and Visma Retail AB. Kristin has a strong educational background with various leadership and strategy courses from institutions such as Styrelseakademin and Insead.
