Mr. Michael Lee Siang Tat joined EG Group in year 2020 as Senior Operation Director and he has more than 25 years working experiences in electronics industries in various fields such as Process and Product Engineering, Equipment and Engineering Maintenance, Cost Management, Production and Operation. Since 1995, he started his career in the field of electronic engineering and possessed extensive working experience in various firms before joining the Group.
He is presently the Group Chief Operating Officer and played vital role in steering the overall manufacturing operation, Engineering and Production Planning. Under his exemplary leadership, the team have managed to achieve the organization’s KPI and goals.
Mr. Michael earned his Higher Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Workers Institute of Technologies, Kuala Lumpur.
