Ruben Hernandez

Ruben Hernandez, MBA, USMC, is a distinguished professional in the real estate industry and veteran advocacy. As the Founder and President of EGA Homes, a certified Veteran-owned real estate agency, Ruben has focused on helping veterans achieve homeownership through VA financing. In addition to this role, Ruben serves as the Executive Director of Veterans Housing Alliance and has held significant positions such as Managing Partner at Coldwell Banker Blackstone. With prior experience as President of GGRE Investment Corp and a successful background in sales with Merck Pharma GmbH and General Electric, Ruben combines extensive real estate knowledge with strong leadership skills, having also contributed to business development initiatives in the City of Riverside. Ruben’s earlier military service as a Non-Commissioned Officer with the US Marine Corps further underscores a commitment to service and excellence.
