Gaurav Tripathi

Gaurav Tripathi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gaurav started their career as a Software Engineer at Patni Computers Systems Ltd (now Capgemini) in 2004. Gaurav then joined Countrywide Financial (now Bank of America) as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in a project related to the NexOSCM Web Interface. In 2006, they joined Capgemini as a Senior Consultant, where they managed a portfolio as a Business Relationship Manager in the BFS sector, handling a P&L of $15M(USD) with a team of 250 members. Gaurav also worked on business development, RFP, and competency building. Gaurav worked on building and executing a strategic account plan for HSBC-GTB, engaging and managing clients at various levels. Gaurav also had experience in negotiating commercial terms and managing outsourcing/managed services.

In 2013, Gaurav joined eGain Corporation as a Project Manager and gradually took on positions of increasing responsibility, including Delivery Manager, Group Project Manager, APAC Delivery Manager, and Senior Manager, Professional Services. In these roles, they oversaw the delivery, business development, and PMO functions within Professional Services. Gaurav managed concurrent client programs and projects in various implementation methodologies across the globe, achieving a Professional Services margin of 12+%.

Throughout their career, Gaurav has demonstrated their expertise in project management, client relationship management, and delivering successful outcomes for their clients.

Gaurav Tripathi has a comprehensive education history. Gaurav pursued a Postgraduate Program in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence from the Great Lakes Institute of Management, from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians at Pune Vidhyarthi Griha's College Of Engineering And Technology, between 2002 and 2006. Gaurav also holds a B.E in Electrical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, from 1998 to 2002. Before their undergraduate studies, they attended Nowrosjee Wadia College, where they completed their H.S.C in PCM from 1996 to 1998. Lastly, Gaurav Tripathi completed their S.S.C from Dastur Hoshang Boy's High School, from 1990 to 1996.
