Gigi Truong

Gigi Truong has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Gigi worked as a Sr. IT Engineer at Aerospike starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior System Administrator at eGain Corporation, starting in 2019. From 2015 to 2018, Gigi worked as an IT Systems Analyst at UnitedHealth Group. Gigi also held the same role at Axolotl Corp. from 2011 to 2015. Gigi's earliest work experience was as an MIS Assistant Manager at ECS ELITEGROUP (USA) starting in 2000. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks, including migrating the PBX phone system to Avaya VoIP, establishing Avaya VoIP with HQ and branch offices, setting up an Avaya call center, transferring web pages and databases, and migrating Lotus Note to MS Exchange email server.

Gigi Truong pursued a Linux Programming and Administration certificate from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension between 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended San Jose State University for an unidentified period of time to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology.
