Maria Teresa later transitioned into the role of Project Manager, responsible for managing projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful implementations. As a Customer Success Manager, Maria acted as the primary liaison for customers, facilitating retention by ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Maria's most recent experience was at Tiverity, where they worked as a Senior Omnichannel Solutions Architect. Maria Teresa'srole involved designing and implementing omnichannel solutions, leveraging their expertise in the field. Throughout their career, Maria has demonstrated strong project management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to driving customer success.

Maria Teresa Rains obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from St Louise de Marillac, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they also hold a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in April 2022.
