Noel Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital transformation across multiple leading organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success Europe and Director of Customer Success at eGain Corporation since June 2014, Noel manages relationships with the largest accounts in EMEA, ensuring their post-deployment success and identifying growth opportunities. Previously held positions at eGain include Director of Digital Transformation and Digital Transformation Expert, where Noel focused on aligning digital strategies with clients' objectives. Prior to eGain, Noel worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) and Vodafone in various leadership roles, successfully transforming underperforming teams, managing large-scale operations, and driving digital initiatives in customer service.
