Rakesh Shah

Rakesh Shah has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Rakesh began their career at Microland in 1992, where they held various roles in network management for over a decade. In 2003, they joined eGain Corporation as the Network Manager for the IT and Hosting Business Unit. Rakesh then progressed to become the Manager of the IT and Hosting Business Group. In 2013, Rakesh was promoted to the Director of Worldwide Cloud Services at eGain Corporation, a position they currently hold.

Rakesh Shah attended the University of Mumbai from 1985 to 1989, where they pursued a degree in Computer Technology. Their field of study focused on Computers and Networks.
