Rex Dorricott

Rex Dorricott is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within the software industry. Currently serving as VP & General Manager EMEA at eGain Corporation since August 2014, Rex previously founded and led Exony as CEO from April 2000 to August 2014, where the development of customer communications management software was pioneering in the field of call center virtualization. Prior to that role, Rex spent over a decade at Sony as a Senior Manager focused on research and development in professional software solutions, overseeing a substantial budget and leading teams to secure numerous patents. Rex holds a Master of Science in Machine Intelligence and dual degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Surrey and the University of Southampton.
