We are a community engagement agency focused on improving diversity in health research and clinical trials. We connect community organisations with the health research sector and foster relationships built on trust, proper engagement, and fair reimbursement.  

Why We Exist
There are considerable and persistent health inequalities experienced by the ethnic minority population in the UK 

Health research and clinical trials do not fairly represent these populations, meaning health services and treatments may be less effective. 

Community organisations do amazing work engaging people in health research, but their methods of communication and engagement are not used widely.  If they were, this could significantly improve diversity in health research and clinical trials.
