Prior experience includes serving as a General Service Technician at Tires Plus Total Car Care from September 2011 to December 2015, focusing on maintenance, repair, and diagnostics. Additionally, Brian worked as a Gate Agent for US Airways Express from October 2010 to June 2011, emphasizing customer relations and satisfaction.
