Trine Røssel Ødegaard is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Country Manager for NOVA Consulting Group. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Trine held various positions at Ework Group, including COO and Manager of Sourcing Norway, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Trine worked as an RLWI Senior Project Engineer at FMC Technologies. In addition to their professional accomplishments, Trine is actively involved in board roles across multiple organizations, including Egde, Northern Beat, and NOVACARE AS, while also contributing voluntary support to disabled children in Azerbaijan through JOY.
