Michal Ondracek has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Technical Department Manager at EGE, spol. s r.o. since August 2021. Prior to this role, Michal held the position of Manufacturing Engineer Manager at Schneider Electric from September 2017 to November 2021 and served as Engineering Manager at SILON from February 2014 to April 2017, focusing on maintenance direction, project management, and process improvement. Michal's early career includes serving as Lab Manager at SILON s.r.o. Fiber Division, managing quality control and supplier assurance, and working as a PhD Researcher at TU Delft, contributing to the development of a polyamide catalytic system. Michal holds an Engineer's degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, completed in 2008, and attended Gymnáziumm Jírovcova Ceske Budejovice from 1999 to 2003.
