Lea Tempels

Lea Tempels is an experienced professional in the field of social services and education, currently serving as a Udviklingskonsulent at Egedal Kommune since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tempels worked as a Projektleder at Hillerød Kommune, managing projects focused on vulnerable children and adolescents, overseeing all aspects from ideation to evaluation and stakeholder engagement. Tempels also held positions as a Konsulent and Projektleder at Gribskov Kommune, where responsibilities included implementation of social initiatives and providing political support for the children’s committee. Earlier experiences include teaching at Egedal Gymnasium & HF, working as a Pædagogmedhjælper in special education settings, and participating in research projects. Tempels holds a Master's Degree in Sociology from the University of Copenhagen and additional qualifications in process facilitation and project management.
