Merthan Ilvan

Merthan Ilvan has over a decade of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with current positions at EGEMSOFT, where Merthan serves as a consultant, team lead, associate team lead, and senior test engineer since January 2013. Past roles include leadership in testing teams at Etiya and Sompo Japan Sigorta, as well as senior test engineering at Turk Telekom. Merthan's expertise encompasses black box testing, functional and automation testing, and managing comprehensive testing phases. In addition to proficiency with tools such as Oracle, Toad, QC, and JIRA, Merthan has a foundational background in computer technologies from Bilkent University and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Atılım University.
