Rick Hornstrom

Rick Hornstrom currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at Egen, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Rick held various leadership positions at Google from April 2019 to March 2025, including Director of Sales for the Select Healthcare GTM and Head of Enterprise Cloud Sales for Michigan and Indiana. Rick's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sales at Dell EMC and various sales management roles at Blue Coat Systems and Symantec, where significant achievements included fostering sales team development and managing major Fortune 500 accounts. Rick Hornstrom holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
